The front desk staff, especially Mario, was helpful. He provided useful information about local restaurants. My room was clean and spacious. I found the bed comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well .

The breakfast area felt a bit crowded during peak hours. It was sometimes difficult to find a cleared table immediately.

The breakfast buffet offered diverse choices, including fresh pastries. The coffee machine produced excellent coffee (I especially appreciated the latte option). Refills were prompt and the selection was regularly updated.

My room featured a king-size bed and a seating area. The bathroom included two sinks and a walk-in shower. I appreciated the blackout curtains. They ensured a good night's sleep. The room was very quiet.

The hotel gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There was also a selection of free weights and yoga mats. I used the luggage storage service after checking out. It was very convenient.

The reception staff was available 24/7 and always ready to assist. The cleaning staff maintained the rooms impeccably. I found everyone professional and attentive (a special thanks to the concierge).

Solid Choice for a Comfortable Stay

The room was quite clean, I noticed. The location is near a metro station. Breakfast was included and offered many choices. I found the staff spoke English very well. I liked the bar area in the lobby. I used the space for dinner one night, and it was convenient. The grocery store nearby was handy, too. I went there for snacks. The room had comfortable linens. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly. I found the room to be spacious enough. The air conditioner worked well.

The ventilation made a slight noise. It was hard to block out completely.

The included breakfast provided a wide assortment of options. There was also a bar area in the lobby where guests could have dinner, awesome for convenient on-site dining experiences if one chose not to venture out.

The reception staff were helpful and always available. They offered helpful tips and advice and the cleaning staff was both smiley and helpful. They kept the rooms clean and neat which I appreciated.
